Support OpenReview

Thanks for this excellent extension. Is there any plan to support other frequently used websites, such as OpenReview, that gains wider and wider impact in the AI community?

For example, the title of this pdf url could be fixed by its title on the forum page.

That is a honking good idea!

I'll need to wrap my head around the notes system on their API, I'd prefer to use their API rather than trying to scrape the forums page. But if that is too complicated, the forum may offer a nice workaround.
