This quark is named SoundFileAnalysis**:**, i.e. it has a colon in its name. That makes it incompatible with standard file name limitations on MS Windows. (These can be bypassed by using an unfiltered FS driver access, but it's a bit complicated for the SC average user to do that, and the boost library used by SC for file access doesn't do that anyway.)
I'm actually miffed where the colon comes from, because it's not the quark file. But it is in the quarks gui:
