Very late comment, but I have marked this as solved, as Uninstallation Instructions had been added (a few months ago.)

For anyone visiting this issue in the future, if there are no signs of WSA on the PC, aka app does not show up in the start menu and in %LOCALAPPDATA%/Packages/ you cannot find the folder named MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid_8wekyb3d8bbwe, then WSA is most likely not installed. If the app still remains on the desktop, then use an uninstallation software (as stated in the above comment.)

If anyone reading this is having issue removing WSA from their system, feel free to reopen this issue.
