can you take a look at:
https://mutalyzer.nl/normalizer/NC_000023.11(NM_000169.3):c.454_456dup

it says: protein prediction is
NC_000023.11(NP_000160.1):p.(Tyr152dup)

but the
AFFECTED PROTEIN PREDICTED SEQUENCE has dup of both 'YD'

@zhengzha2000 thanks for letting us know about this. The protein prediction is NC_000023.11(NP_000160.1):p.(Tyr152dup). I'll check the affected protein sequence.
