Target Platform needs some attention, it doesn't' sound right to have Indigo targets there, specially referring to java tools development. #24

Replace with: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8/
and only add those features that are really required for the eclipse 3.x plugins in use to work

contains the latest Eclipse 3.x workbench parts (console, properties,
navigator, editors), parts on which are not yet ported in a pure Eclipse
4 application. Therefore in this revision I have updated the target
platform, now pointing to Luna release along the required installable
units/features.

I have found out that Luna (or latest eclipse version) target contains the latest Eclipse 3.x workbench parts (console, properties, navigator, editors), parts on which are not yet ported in a pure Eclipse 4 application.
