What happens here is that Aedict can't deinflect 起きましょう (the actual cause of this bug) and fails to find "起きましょう" in the dictionary; thus Aedict thinks this is a sentence that needs to be broken down into words and analyzed (that's what those weird results are).
The Sentence Analysis is a feature, even though it may feel weird at times. Just paste an entire Japanese sentence into the search box and watch Aedict chop it into individual words (sometimes with mysterious results).
I'll fix the deinflection from the -masyou form; I'll also look into that weird "s" in the deinflection product.
