Reactions come from me, not crossbot

So I tried this by using the bot token instead of the app token, and it works (in some cases). Awkwardly, it doesn't work if crossbot (the bot) isn't in the channel, I guess because the reaction fails.

We could either handle that case, or simply remove the requirement for a bot by including the "reaction" emoji inline. I think I prefer the latter.
