Support for non-default registry

Looks like conntrack is hardcoded to use the default prometheus registry (as seen here).
This is problematic for me as I'm using a custom registry for safe metric collection in my application.

Would be great to provide a way to specify a custom registry, or simply export the metrics so I can register them myself.
