I want a shortcut to switch the chat window to the lower right of the current voice channel and to the right.

You can switch the full screen of Discord using the Ctrl shift F shortcut, but you want the full screen using the full screen of the picture.
(Because when you switch to full screen using Ctrl Shift F, there are borders and unnecessary UIs.)
