pathFromParameterValue correctly prepends the working path to absolute paths, but getMatchingFilenames does not. This means that both the list replicator filenames directive and the expression parser filenames function don't work with absolute paths unless the paths are valid on both the client machine and the server machine. In particular, this means that they never work with absolute paths when the server is an iPad.
