I'm sorry if I post on wrong place :), but I didn't find a way to contact you before I place order, I have also read your docs but didn't find related answers for my questions, and I know you guys hate refund, so I have to know the answer before placing a order, can you guys tell me a little bit about these two question?
1. Do you have any sending/receiving limits?
we are using G suite for support emails(which we want to switch to mxroute, we only send emails when we got support request), some times we receive about 30~100 support emails a day, we also need to send ~100 replys / day.
2. Any chance I loss incoming emails?
Because we use emails for our product support, so it's very important to keep all incoming emails, I have read your docs and it seems you have spam filter, will you delete spam emails automatically? some of our customer send support emails with their own domain, so maybe they will be marked as spam. Mark them as spam is OK, but delete spam email is what we can't bear
