Global wrapper for net calls to catch errors #125

Right now when jenni makes any net call in any module there is the possibility of a socket error. Instead we should have a global wrapper around these calls that gives the user a better error message, e.g.:

"Jenni failed to connect to <SERVICE>, please contact <OWNER|DEVELOPER> for assistance."
