Getting error in docker when trying to install pairing skill so I can't pair my container instances now.

Installing libraries requirements
/usr/local/bin/python: No module named virtualenvwrapper
virtualenvwrapper.sh: There was a problem running the initialization hooks.

If Python could not import the module virtualenvwrapper.hook_loader,
check that virtualenvwrapper has been installed for
VIRTUALENVWRAPPER_PYTHON=/usr/local/bin/python and that PATH is
set properly.
ERROR: Environment 'mycroft' does not exist. Create it with 'mkvirtualenv mycroft'.
Unable to activate mycroft virtualenv!
Sorry I'm unable to complete the request! Check the error messages above for why. Err 120
