- What is the current behavior?

Click "Get a New Wallet", and the warning slide pops up. But the button is blank.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

Click "Get a New Wallet", Observe blank button on the pop up.

What is the expected behavior?

There should be text on the button.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

So we know what the button does.

- Operating system

Windows 10

- Browser and version

Google Chrome 70.0.3538.102
