@XlsLabelledCellで書き込む際に、書き込み先が見つからない場合にNPEが発生する。 #43

@XlsLablelledCell(label="あいう", optional=true)で指定したらラベルが見つからない場合は、何もしないはずがNPEが発生する。

optional=falseの場合は、例外CellNotFoundがスローされ、問題なし。

fix v0.5

セルが見つからない場合のoptionalの判定処理が抜けていたため。
refs 文字列型のセルに数値を入力し数値として取り込む場合、エラーが発生する。 #23 と同じ。
