@XlsHorizontalRecords(remainedRecord=RemainedRecordOperate.Delete)で書き込む先に余分な行を削除するときに、1回多く削除してしまう。

セルの値をクリアする場合も同様。この場合、@XlsVerticalRecordsの場合も同じ。

fix v0.5

表の終端を判断する条件が間違っていた。
行を削除する際に、削除後、上に1行シフトする処理を追加。
