dropout_ISMRM

Codes for ISMRM'22 abstract "Quantifying the uncertainty of neural networks using Monte Carlo dropout for deep learning based quantitative MRI"

-- s_Unet_cnnTrain.py is for training the network

-- s_Unet_cnnApplyDrop.py is for generating 100 predictions

-- s_Unet_cnnApply.m is for generating final estimate and uncertainty map

-- unet_1_subj_drop_02.h5 is the weights that trained with 1 subject and directly applicable
