LNDg: settings do not perist on upgrade #750

Describe the bug
Each time LNDg is upgraded, the configuration is reset to default.

Expected behaviour
Keep the original LNBits configuration settings if not the default

Additional context
Each time I do an upgrade, I need to re-configure LNDg with the original settings I normally use.

Should be resolved with this commit.
