Describe the bug
Just did a fresh install on my raspberry pi 4. Everything else works well. However, some apps are stuck in "Installing..." forever. It has been more than 2 days since BTC node is sync'ed.

See picture attached. Specifically three apps are in this state, BTCPay Server, Mempool and Dojo.

Expected behavior
Those apps should be installed.

Which version did you install? Try rebooting or using the latest image (you can use the raspi 5 image as well).

I'm running 0.3.18

They all seem to wait on /tmp/installing_docker_images file by looking at the log. This file is there. Does it mean something is wrong when installing docker images? How can I get out of this deadlock?

I did an manual upgrade and things are back to normal. Closing this bug.
