Feature description

MyPaint doesn't remember the size of a frame.

Demonstration

1. Create a frame in MyPaint and set a custom size
2. Save the file and close MyPaint
3. Open the file and notice that the frame size is set.
4. Repeat step 2, but disable the frame before saving.
5. Enable the frame
6. Observe that MyPaint doesn't remember the frame size.
