So I just got myself a Huion GT-190 and It's all peachy right now, but my issue is that with my wacom bamboo splash I was able to use the first button (The button closest to the pen tip) as a short cut for the spacebar, this let me in Clipstudio Pro move my canvas and rotate the screen ect.

So far I've gone through all the options my computer will let me and I've installed all the right drivers and everything but it would seem there's some option that's on that I can't get rid of.

The meat of the issue is when I press the button and hover my pen over the area the little hand icon will show up letting me know that I can move the screen, but when I press my pen tip onto the screen it acts like a right click function and selects the eye dropper tool like I was holding down right click.

This has been the biggest pitfall so far with this tablet other than that it's perfect.

Hi there - thanks for the feedback!

There's not quite enough information in your original report to move this issue forward, sadly. Please read the bug reporting guidelines. We need more information about your system, and more information about your MyPaint installation if this report is ever going to be useful for improving MyPaint.

Thanks for the model reference, and the confirmation that the Bamboo was OK. I don't have any of this hardware myself, but those screen-including Huions are ♥ and I really want them to work well across the board

  • Please can you let us know what version of MyPaint you're using, and what OS version you're running?

  • Then let us know exactly what you tried to make it work.

We may not be able to help you straight away here, but don't be discouraged if we can't. Issue trackers don't get that many views, sadly. You may find you get more useful feedback from the MyPaint Community Forums, or from Twitter (@MyPaintApp, #mypaint).

I am having the same issue with my Huion 580 and Huion 610 Pro. Setting my top pen button to "Right Button" in the Huion driver is supposed to simulate right-click, but MyPaint does not seem to be accepting this input and I am unable to pan the canvas around. This is happening on Windows 7 and Windows 10. However, this seems to work just fine on Linux.
