Ability to change delivery type from pickup to home delivery

What problem does this feature solve?

Hi, the customer buys something and chooses to pick up the parcel at a PostNL location.

However, the package fits in the mailbox. (I can't use the MyParcel plugin to figure this out automatically because of bugs, such as one can put 1000 items fitting in a mailbox in a single mailbox package.)

When I change it to mailbox delivery and then try to export to MyParcel, it gives an error saying it can't do that for pick up packages. But I can't change it from pick up to normal delivery, I can't edit that field.

What should the solution look like?

Ability to change from pick up to home delivery.

I would also like to be able to edit this field in the back-end.
In my case it's for when I create an order for a customer and he wants me to send it to a pick-up point.
