What problem does this feature solve?

Solves the fact that the customer has to manually input the track and trace & select the shipping provider. Also having an Integration with the Advanced shipment tracking plug in. which seems to be a populair plug in.

What should the solution look like?

The customer would like our plug in to preform like this, put the track and trace number automatically in this picture below and automatically select PostNL as the shipping provider (see the below picture).
