S_COVER explicit which way is OPEN/CLOSE

As I'm using mysensors to control some blinds with the scalz rollershutter approach, I found that there is no clear standard specifying which way is opened.

I thought that being the variable S_COVER, the logic would be that 100% COVERed was closed. That is the rule in OpenHAB.

However scalz used 100% as full up.

I think that somewhere in the documentation this should be addressed in order to save some time.
