[ BUG ] Chrome Crash when reporting on ipad #1060

to reproduce the issue :
using ipad - chrome browser

visit fixmystreet.com
while reporting an issue,
click to add an image, choose to take a photo

Boom 💥, chrome crashed 😞

I hope that Chrome has updated to fix this since then, please reopen if not.
