Provide more helpful information on standard extra fields in admin report edit #2990

There are a number of fairly standard extra fields for reports, e.g. those relating to reporting on behalf of. At the moment the display of them is not very helpful in the admin.

The report edit page in the admin should display more useful information for common fields with well understood values.
