'Update' function following contact with operator is superfluous #536

Comment via feedback 8.1.12;

"after I did email them myself I was given an option to update
the problem, which I did - "I have emailed Arriva Trains Wales". It
wasn't clear that you would update the problem automatically, so
that there's now an update 'Graham Craig wrote to Arriva Trains
Wales' as well as 'Graham Craig added an update' (which just says
that I wrote to Arriva Trains Wales!)."

[MN] I agree with this point - I found it confusing myself when first using the site. I assume the purpose is to provide a summary of what you've done/said, espeacially in cases where your message is a long one, but even those familiar with the site are unlikely to skip the long message in the expectation of finding a summary below, and especially without the user/operator colour-coding we've talked about in other tickets.

Feedback via email 18/09/12

I was still a little confused about which of my replies would appear
online - I replied 'by email' to the operator through FMT and was then
invited to give an update for the campaign page, and would have
expected the former to be private and the latter public, but it seems
both types of update are public. (I don't mind either way.)
