It was a problem their end. They're going to send correct reference numbers over. Don't know how we're going to reconcile yet but will see what they send over.

They've sent a list of reference numbers and emails, and I've reconciled with our records. I'm now waiting on them to get back to us after they've confirmed the next steps.

Current status on this is that we're happy that all requests we sent have been received by Hackney, but we're waiting on Infreemation to send us resolved reference numbers. They're a bit busy at the moment, so we're not expecting these immediately.

Didn't get sent these and now moving backend
