pricing the app

We should discuss pricing/listing the app when it's ready to go!

I'm not really a consumer of paid apps, but for some reason the price tag of $5 (or $4.99) has stuck in my head for this. People can look at the web site for free, so I don't feel bad about charging. It can and should still have a Free License (CC-BY-SA for the art, whatever you want for the code, KJV Bible text is Public Domain).

My god Apple takes a huge chunk. It would leave us with $3.50 per download. I suggest splitting it evenly. What do you think? We could always lower (or raise) the price later, or even make it free. If it generates some $ maybe we could release translations.
