Make page.{date,time,datetime} be exactly that.

Both in the template interface, and the yaml header, date should be the date only (no time), time should be the time only (no date) and datetime should be the datetime.

Be smart about when multiple are specified, combining them. Page.date and Page.time should probably call out methods of Page.datetime to extract the relavent bits.
