Allow opening sets in new tab from the explore content/users page

In the page to browse sets and on a user's page, where there are these sorteable tables to see the sets, since they're not actually links, it's not possible to open them in a new tab with a right or middle mouse click, which is very annoying. The only thing that works is left click which opens in the current tab but it is not practical when you want to open stuff in a new tab.
