Lands with special rarity not showing up in draft #7

When lands of "special" rarity are selected for the basic lands slot, no cards show up in draft, and when pick 15 is reached it freezes and the draft cannot continue.

For context, the set was created using MSE with the most recent exporter, and special rarity lands in editor.
