Batch processing in the command mode

I had difficulty in loading 1500 samples in 7 different batches into the MZmine. I would like to do batch by batch feature extraction with every feature list saved in my dictionary while deleting all current files and feature lists to save memory after each batch operation. However, I do not know if there is a way to do this according to the manual.
