Unexpected character during data import

Basic information

I am running MZmine 4.1.0 on a Windows computer.

What happened

I am trying to import SQ data from a Waters SQD2 acquired with Empower 3.
The FullMS channel was exported in .cdf format and converted to Waters RAW with Dbridge (by Waters).
The RAW data were converted with MSConvert GUI and can be viewed via MSview successfully.

When importing the data to MZmine 4 I get the attached error message.
