This feature is purely for the initial release. Charts will be limited to the last 7 days of data to start.

Create Dashboard feature module
Add child route to '/app' in TrackerAppRoutingModule
Add navigation option in NavComponent
Install and configure ngx-charts in DashboardModule
Add total time played vs day chart
Add total time played vs platform chart
Add total time played vs game chart
Update technologies in README
Make it look nice
