外网IPv6是通过RA报文无状态配置的
如果没有等OpenWrt启动完毕再接入内网主机网线的话，ipv4都上
不了
ipv4是静态Ip加MAC绑定的
另外我注释了rc.local中的
#ifconfig eth1.1 down
#ifconfig eth1.1 up
#udhcpc -i eth1.1
