I am submitting this issue as this is related to being powered by wind.
This boat named "Turn the Tide on Plastic" is racing around the world and collecting samples of plastic content in our oceans. The race is an 8 month multi-port race.

Better solution is a technology which allows utter destruction of the plastics rendering them to the structure of the contents of the sun. Such technology has a base technology which will reduce the cost of electricity by orders of magnitude while reducing the hypocrisy of prius drivers, who by their very driving have a threefold higher "carbon footprint" than a combustion vehicle.

Nuclear incineration will provide the environmental advantage and societal advantage that benefits everyone.
