Push to Repo Workflow modal breaks when items exceeds screen limit

Bug Description

The modal that appears when pushing workflows to a repo is no longer scrollable when there are too many workflows to fit the screen.

To Reproduce

• Create a lot of new workflows or edit a lot of existing workflows
• Push changes to repo
• Modal to select workflows exceeds screen and unable to take action w/o zooming shenanigans

Expected behavior

Should be able to scroll workflow select modal

Thanks for the report, This was fixed in 1.34.0 in this commit: #8883

Can you update your instance and let me know if you still have the same issue, for now as we believe this is fixed I am going to mark this as closed and if it is still an issue let me know and we can open this again.
