Pilot pay - rank base and subfleet multiplier

Assign a base ray rate for a rank, and then include a payment multiplier on the subfleet - so for example, senior captains earn $100/hr, with a 112% multiplier on the 744 fleet, so senior captains earn 112$/hr on the 747. An A320 fleet might be at 100%, so a lower rank could earn less but the multiplier still applies.
