Don't use CheckWX - aviationweather.com (NOAA) has a free lookup:

https://www.aviationweather.gov/adds/dataserver_current/httpparam?dataSource=metars&requestType=retrieve&format=xml&stationString=RJTT&hoursBeforeNow=1
