Multiple-choice options that use LaTeX math don't show up correctly in the "answer is equal to..." dropdown. #674

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new exploration.
2. Select the multiple choice interaction.
3. Enter LaTeX math for the multiple choice options.
4. Create a new rule.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the LaTeX math render in the "answer is equal to..." dropdown. 
Instead I see an unintelligible HTML tag.
