Relaying an issue that was mentioned by Jean-Philippe Lang in http://www.redmine.org/issues/14534#note-33:

the rbpdf gem uses ActionView::Base.sanitized_allowed_css_properties= which is deprecated in Rails 4.2

The method is called at https://github.com/naitoh/rbpdf/blob/master/lib/rbpdf.rb#L10688.
