DB not saving + redeem not working? #6

So I added this and setup Tebex etc and did some tests, all good.

Then some players purchased off tebex and tried to use /redeem and nothing happens. I check the DB and cannot see their listings like I did when I tested it.

I even tried entering a test item and it doesn't allow me to redeem? The script is running and i'm not sure why it doesn't want to work?
