Scrolling on front page reveals wrong color #5

On OS X/iOS Safari you can scroll down and reveal the white background. It should be red.
Same goes for the footer grey if you bounce on the footer

Went with a more neutral color so I don't have to make it different on every page (plus the footer looked weird with red on over-pull.
