Default server (Mongrel) won't run on recent Ruby, replace with Thin

The nanoc view command checks for the presence of Mongrel as the default server (and uses Webrick if that's not found).

Mongrel is no longer maintained and won't run on any recent Ruby version. Can we please replace Mongrel with Thin as the new default?

It's a one line change but it saves me from having to type '--handler thin' all the time.
