Searching, filtering and sorting

In order for the directory to be useful, there needs to be some kind of filtering:

• by provider type
• by country (for country-wide providers like electrics or internet)
• by city/region

Searching would be a plus

Ordering by rating is probably a must
Ordering by distance from the user-specified location (manually entered? browser supplied?) is probably a good idea as well.
