flooks 专用于使用全部使用 React Hooks 的项目，不兼容 class 组件。
不需要 react-redux 来配合使用，轻量很多，简洁很多。
Redux 是一个大而全的用于旧式 React 项目的东西，flooks 是专门针对 React Hooks 而设计的。
