Via #245 Luke fixed #242, now being able to support multiple OS that overlap in their prefix pattern. When this happens, we multicast the message to the matching OS. Almost surely some won't match that message, sending the messages to be published as RAW (if send_raw is enabled globally or at the publisher level). That means, the message is then published multiple times.
