In incognito links open in new Windows (non-incognito window)

Hi

My App Versions:
Chrome Version 88.0.4324.190 (Official Build) (64-bit)
ReadLater version: 4.0.3
Messages from the console: Nothing
Messages from the console of your background page: Nothing

What I did:
I added ReadLater to incognito by turning on all 3 options:

• Allow in incognito
• Allow access to file URLs
• Collect errors

Problem:
When in incognito window I open ReadLater and click on any links it open them in new non-incognito Window. (At my ordinary personal chrome window)
