[Codeq](https://github.com/Datomic/codeq) datastore for Clojure code based on git repository import, its based on [Datomic](http://www.datomic.com/) which runs also on [Dynamo DB](http://aws.amazon.com/dynamodb/)

JDK 8 will add OpenCL integration [built in](http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.extremetech.com%2Fcomputing%2F137628-project-sumatra-improves-java-performance-with-opencl-graphics-card-acceleration&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHomdER-TzIUVrixl1N5M-FSZi-UA), there are a couple existing projects like [rootbeer1](https://github.com/pcpratts/rootbeer1).

[Prismatic](http://getprismatic.com/news/home) has created [Graph](http://blog.getprismatic.com/blog/2012/10/1/prismatics-graph-at-strange-loop.html) its not open source, [Flow](https://github.com/stuartsierra/flow) is a similar open source implementation.
